Children working in Delhi NCR, Gurugram, or abroad face constant anxiety regarding their aging parents' safety, medical access, and social isolation. High-rise apartment towers often trap elders on upper floors with zero community connection.
Senior Living Citizens Foundation envisioned a 64-plot residential sanctuary in Kheri Asra, Jhajjar (SH-22 corridor near Reliance MET City) featuring wide 33ft tree-lined streets, a G+2 barrier-free residence, an on-site Community Mandir, and a proposed 30,000 sq. ft. Multi-Speciality Ayurvedic Hospital within its own gates. They needed a high-performance digital platform to communicate masterplan transparency, legal trust records, and site visit scheduling.
